1. Description of Service
ApplyCrft is an AI-powered job application platform for tech professionals. The Service includes features such as LinkedIn profile import, GitHub sync, AI-powered job matching, application preparation (cover letters, resume tailoring), and application tracking.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
ApplyCrft offers subscription-based plans with varying feature levels:
- Free: 10 applications per month with basic features.
- Pro ($49/month): 100 applications per month with full features including Application Prep and LinkedIn import.
- Premium ($99/month): Unlimited applications with all features including Outlook email tracking and priority support.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Fair Use Policy
Each plan has defined usage limits. The Free plan is limited to 10 applications per month. The Pro plan is limited to 100 applications per month. Premium offers unlimited applications but is subject to reasonable use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that engage in abusive or automated misuse of the Service beyond normal job-seeking activity.
6. Application Prep & Your Submissions
By using the Application Prep feature, you authorize ApplyCrft to prepare application materials (cover letters, tailored resumes, form answers) for positions that meet your configured criteria. You acknowledge that:
- Application materials are prepared using the profile information and documents you provide.
- You are responsible for reviewing prepared materials before submitting on company websites.
- You submit applications directly on company ATS/career sites — we prepare the materials, you control the submission.
- We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or job offer.
7. Data Ownership
You own all data you provide to the Service, including your profile information, resumes, cover letters, and application history. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
8. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@techapplyai.com. Refunds after the 30-day period are issued at our discretion.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent applications.
- Misrepresent your qualifications or identity in applications submitted through the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service beyond the intended functionality.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by ApplyCrft and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated content (cover letters, resume suggestions) is provided for your personal use in job applications.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyCrft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any application will be successfully submitted or result in employment.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
